Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: September 6, 2026
Last Updated: September 6, 2026

Spinbot.ORG wants its content to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including visitors who use assistive technologies or access the website on different devices.

We aim to improve accessibility as the website develops and to address problems when they are identified.

This statement explains some of the accessibility practices we try to follow and how you can report an issue.

Our Accessibility Approach

Spinbot.ORG publishes educational content about writing, AI, SEO, research, editing, blogging, originality, and related topics.

Much of that information is text-based, so clear structure, readable formatting, and usable navigation are especially important.

We aim to design and maintain the website with accessibility in mind rather than treating accessibility as a separate feature.

Keyboard Navigation

We aim to make important parts of Spinbot.ORG usable with a keyboard where the website theme, plugins, and embedded tools support it.

This includes access to elements such as:

  • Navigation menus
  • Links
  • Forms
  • Buttons
  • Search functions
  • Interactive controls

If you encounter an element that cannot reasonably be reached or used without a mouse, please let us know.

Clear and Meaningful Headings

Articles are structured with headings and subheadings intended to describe the content that follows.

We aim to use a logical heading order so readers and assistive technologies can understand the structure of a page more easily.

Headings should help visitors scan content rather than being used only for visual styling.

Image Alt Text

Where images provide meaningful information, we aim to include descriptive alternative text when appropriate.

Alt text can help visitors using screen readers understand the purpose or content of an image.

Decorative images may use empty or minimal alternative text when additional description would not provide useful information.

We also aim to avoid stuffing keywords into alt text when they do not help describe the image.

Readable Text and Contrast

We aim to use text sizes, spacing, backgrounds, and color combinations that support comfortable reading.

Important information should not depend only on color where another clear method can reasonably be used.

Because themes, plugins, browsers, devices, and display settings can affect how a page appears, visual problems may occasionally occur.

If you find text difficult to read because of contrast, size, spacing, or another display issue, please report the affected page.

Screen-Reader Compatibility

We aim to use clear page structures, descriptive links, meaningful headings, image alt text, and standard website elements that can work with common assistive technologies.

However, Spinbot.ORG uses a content management system, themes, plugins, advertising services, and other third-party technologies that may affect accessibility.

We cannot guarantee that every element, embedded service, advertisement, or third-party feature will work perfectly with every screen reader or assistive technology.

When we identify an accessibility problem that we can reasonably correct, we aim to improve it.

Responsive Design

Spinbot.ORG is intended to work across desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Pages should adapt to different screen sizes so readers can access content without needing a specific type of device.

Website appearance may vary according to:

  • Screen size
  • Browser
  • Operating system
  • Zoom level
  • Device settings
  • Installed accessibility tools

We aim to address significant responsive-design problems when they are identified.

Forms and Interactive Features

Where forms or other interactive features are available, we aim to make instructions and fields reasonably clear.

If a contact form, search box, menu, button, or other feature creates an accessibility barrier, you may contact us through another available method.

Our main contact email is:

contact@spinbot.org

Third-Party Content

Some Spinbot.ORG pages may include or link to content provided by third parties, such as:

  • Videos
  • Advertisements
  • Embedded media
  • External websites
  • Interactive tools
  • Documents
  • Software services

We do not control the accessibility of independent third-party websites or services.

Where possible, we prefer to use third-party services that provide a usable experience, but their accessibility practices are governed by their own systems and policies.

Accessibility Is an Ongoing Process

Websites change over time.

New articles, plugins, themes, advertising systems, images, forms, and other features can introduce accessibility problems even when earlier pages worked correctly.

For that reason, accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task.

We may update website design, content formatting, navigation, or technical features when accessibility issues are discovered.

We do not claim that every page or feature on Spinbot.ORG currently meets every accessibility standard in every situation.

Report an Accessibility Problem

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of Spinbot.ORG, we want to know about it.

Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
